CCAP Seeking Prospective Board Members!
Consider being part of a statewide movement to advance equity in and access to high quality California charter schools by strengthening charter school authorizing.
The California Charter Authorizing Professionals is seeking new board members interested in helping guide our efforts to develop a clear, step-by-step approach to charter school authorizing in California.
CCAP’s Board of Directors is composed of a dedicated and diverse group of professionals who are actively engaged in creating and implementing CCAP’s vision to support school districts and county offices of education to fulfill their authorizing responsibilities with high quality.
Under CCAP’s bylaws, a supermajority of the board must be current or former professional authorizers, but we welcome and value people with other related backgrounds. Candidates who reflect California’s diversity and current or former staff members from small and/or rural authorizers are especially encouraged to volunteer.
