Tom McMillen is Community Superintendent for Charter Schools in Jefferson County, Colorado and serves on the board of the Colorado Association of Charter School Authorizers (CACSA). Mr. McMillen previously served as Director of Choice Programming in Douglas County, Colorado, and as Director of Quality Assurance at the Colorado Charter School Institute. He has a law degree from the University of Denver College of Law.
