The 2026 conference will convene June 16-18, 2026 at the Paradise Point Resort & Spa in San Diego. Tuesday, June 16, will be the optional preconference on “Charter Authorizing & Oversight 101.” Conference registration is heavily discounted for CCAP member districts, county offices, and other associates.

CCAP offers affordable, flexible authorizing services alongside its free resources and statewide conference. Through a network of expert consultants, CCAP provides one-time or ongoing support from targeted tasks to transitional assistance—helping authorizers address immediate challenges while building long-term internal capacity.
