Growth in Context: Evidence, Accountability, and Continuous Improvement

As a special installment of Riverside County Office of Education’s data literacy series, this session invites authorizers and charter leaders to deepen their shared understanding of how student growth is measured, represented, and claimed in California’s K-12 setting. Join Dr. Morgan S. Polikoff (USC Rossier) for a focused conversation on using growth evidence responsibly: what it can tell us, what it cannot, and how to translate accountability results into continuous improvement action. Attendees will leave with practical insights for interpreting growth evidence and translating accountability results into improvement action. This session is open to all Riverside County charter school leaders and charter authorizers across California.
