CDE has invited CCAP to provide input from the field in an upcoming meeting to develop state regulations for the implementation of Assembly Bill 1505. CCAP is convening a meeting of authorizers to gather input on their priorities for areas where additional regulatory guidance would be helpful and to also discuss initial thoughts authorizers have on specifics of suggested provisions.
