Preliminary Review Checklist
This Preliminary Review Checklist was adapted from one used by the Alameda County Office of Education and modified by CARSNet for general use. It is used in conjunction with an authorizer policy that has the authorizer confirm the general completeness of a charter petition submission prior to officially accepting it and starting the charter review timeframe. New legislation that is effective July 1, 2020 will require it to be modified.
