Dr. David Patterson, California Charter Authorizing Professionals Board President, shares informational highlights for the Tri-State Annual Convening. On June 6th, 2020 Board President Patterson was interviewed by CCAP Executive Director Victor F. Torres in preparation for the virtual convening scheduled for June 10th and 17th. The Tri-State Annual Convening provides an opportunity for the partnering states (California, Colorada, and Florida) to share accomplishments made toward improving charter authorizing.
